Diamond Delicates proudly offers international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than providing our customers the best service to purchase high quality, affordable items at competitive prices.
Shipping charges are currently $4.95 for domestic packages in the United States and $19.95 for international. We will continue to strive to exceed the needs of our international clients, delivering a quality service experience in each transaction.
We have the ability to offer high quality luxury items at a competitive price to our clients as a result of our CEO & buying agents curating our product lines from various international contacts. Quality takes time and patience on both the client and customer behalf. We are a United States owned small business and not a retail chain merchant giant. Our hand selected pieces are reflective of that. We thank you in advance for your patience and patronage of our store! We will always strive to maintain excellent communicate with our customers on each transaction as well.
How long is your process time?
We process ON-HAND orders ASAP, please kindly allow 24-48 hours for processing and tracking information via USPS.

All PRE-ORDER items are processed within 24-48 hours. PRE-ORDER items will have a 20-45 day lead time from purchase to receipt of your item. We provide tracking information as soon as the item ships.

How does shipping and handling work?
ON- HAND items will be sent from our United States warehouses via USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 business days to receive after processing time. ON- HAND ITEMS will be marked in the item description box under each product on our website diamonddelicates.com. All items are Quality Checked, Processed/Packaged, and shipped out to you with via USPS.
All items marked as "Shipping from the United States" will take normally take approximately 5-14 business days to arrive. In some instances, shipping may be delayed to 5-30 days due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We do not guarantee item delivery dates based on USPS service.
All PREORDER ITEMS WILL take approximately 3-7 weeks to arrive. Your ordered items are added our next shipment and once we receive the item it will be Quality Checked, Processed/Packaged, and shipped out to you with 2-3 Day USPS Priority Mail. You do not need to reach out to get your tracking number, as soon as we get the order you will be sent the tracking via your email/DM. Once USPS has possession of the item we are no longer responsible for the package, any issue with USPS must be dealt with them, thank you for understanding
Do you offer rush shipping options?
YES. If you are interested in rush shipping, please contact our live customer service representative via the chat box on the website or email firstname.lastname@example.org for information on the exact cost of rushing your order BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDER. RUSH SHIPPING INQUIRIES MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ORDERING. Once an order is placed, there are no cancellations or changes. This policy is strictly enforced.
Pricing for rush shipping will in most cases range between $20-$150 and sent via DHL or UPS.
Do I need to request a tracking number?
You do not need to reach out to get your tracking number, as soon as we process your order, you will be sent the tracking via the email address or phone number you provided at checkout. You can also check the status of your order on the order status page for details on shipment or via downloading the SHOP app.
PRE-ORDER and CUSTOM items will have a 3- 7 week lead time from purchase to receipt of your item. We provide tracking information as soon as the item ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be in one of those countries, we will certainly contact you to inform you of such.
Do I have to pay a custom duty for my items if I live in the United States?
NO, unless your order is over $800. According to the USA customs policy, goods that are under $800 are free from customs duty. That means you do not need to pay any tax for smaller products, valued up to $800.
What Is A Customs Duty?
Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The purpose of Customs Duty is to protect each country's economy, residents, jobs, environment, etc., by controlling the flow of goods, especially restrictive and prohibited goods, into and out of the country..
What about customs duty fees to international customers?
Diamond Delicates is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any custom fees once the items have shipped to Canada, Asia, Mexico, South America, Africa, Europe, Australia, India, or any outerlying islands. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees associated that will be the responsibility of the customer to pay when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take for items that are not pre-order items?
Although our orders are processed ASAP and in a timely fashion, please be advised due to the worldwide coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, shipping times may take longer than expected as indicated below.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us at email@example.com or contact us on our live chat box on the website.
My tracking says, “No information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Can I get a refund if my item is delayed?
PLEASE BE ADVISED WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS BASED ON ANY SHIPPING DELAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once an item is shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier it becomes a matter you must inquire with the carrier about. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR WRONG ADDRESSES. Thank you for understanding!
Can I pay with Klarna or Afterpay for preorders including rush shipping?
NO, all preorders must be paid in full at time of purchase. Rush shipping must be quoted, then mutually agreed upon between a service representative and customer and paid in full PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.
